Application After submitting initial application for approval to UWF International Center, UWF will issue a letter confirming your approval. Students must submit the following items to Edinburgh Napier University: Edinburgh Napier Exchange application form Nomination letter from UWF International Center Current transcript with at least 2.5 GPA (or equivalent) Personal statement Two academic references A copy of the personal details page of your passport Portfolio or audition CD for applications to Film, Design and Music modules Academics Academic majors are known as Courses at Napier. Classes are called modules. Visiting Exchange Students enroll in a full course load of 60 credit points – equivalent to 12 hours at UWF for undergraduate students. UWF Seniors and Graduate students would have opportunities for research and independent study in addition to regularly scheduled classes. Weekly rent in Edinburgh Napier accommodation is between £101 and £125 per week dependent on flat allocation. Rent includes heating, electricity and internet access. Visas Students who will stay for the full year must apply for a Tier 4 student visa in advance of departure and can find guidance at http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/visiting/student/ If you are coming to study for a single trimester, you won't need to apply for a Tier 4 student visa - instead you will enter as a student visitor.
